Our Story: Built Different
1994: Started repping ads for Oracle Magazine, IBM Systems, Dell Power Solutions, Microsoft Certified Professional. We were killers at media sales.
1996: Standard ads weren't cutting it. We pioneered native advertising in B2B tech—custom content that blended editorial credibility with advertiser impact. So we launched Sprocket Media, an award-winning full-service agency. Not planned. Just necessary.
2000: Integrated sales and creative into Partner Marketing Platform. We weren't just selling ads—we were orchestrating go-to-market campaigns, building trade shows, selling sponsorships. We became ecosystem builders.
2005: A client asked us to staff creative talent directly. Sprocket Pro was born—our global specialist staffing brand with 250+ creatives across markets, scalable on demand.
2012: Launched Digarati—fusing social, digital publishing, and community into brand ecosystems that actually engaged people.
2020: Sprocket Media merged with Collateral Damage, a B2C agency, expanding beyond B2B.
2022: We saw what the industry didn't—AI was about to fundamentally reshape creative, sales, and marketing. Walkenhorst Media Group (WMG) was born. Built on AI from day one—delivering premium work at a fraction of the cost. While the industry scrambled to react, we were already running.
